Teller/Member Service Representative

This full-time teller position involves performing a wide range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while providing excellent customer service and identifying member needs. The role requires managing telephones, participating in sales and referrals of financial products, and maintaining accurate records and inventories. Additionally, the teller must comply with regulatory requirements, perform end-of-day balancing procedures, and demonstrate commitment to member service with regular attendance and punctuality.

Branch Supervisor

This senior teller position involves assisting the Branch Manager in analyzing performance, setting goals, and implementing strategies for branch growth and profitability. The role requires maintaining industry expertise, participating in SEG programs, and mentoring staff in sales techniques and product knowledge. Key responsibilities include supervising branch operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing operational controls and security measures, and building relationships with members to provide financial counseling and cross-sell products. The position also involves conducting loan application analyses and promoting credit union services. The role demands strong leadership skills to guide staff, resolve complex issues, and contribute to the overall success of the branch.

Teller – Ewa Branch

This teller position encompasses a wide range of financial transactions and member services, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and specialized products. The role involves performing Shared Branching transactions, updating member information, and conducting financial calculations. Key responsibilities include managing phone inquiries, actively participating in sales and referrals, and identifying member needs to provide tailored product information. The position requires balancing procedures, fund management, and maintaining accurate records. Compliance with regulatory requirements, such as filing Currency Transaction Reports and Suspicious Activity Reports, is crucial. The role demands strong customer service skills, attention to detail in administrative tasks, and commitment to dependability and teamwork. This position is essential in ensuring efficient branch operations, member satisfaction, and adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
