Currently HOCU is operating normally but that could change rapidly as the COVID-19 situation evolves. To assist us with our mission of continuing operations to the best of our ability, we need your help with the following:
· HOCU has begun implementing social distancing as recommended by health authorities; we are redirecting the lobby traffic at our branches to ensure that there is enough spacing between individuals.
· If you suspect that you may have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus or display possible symptoms, please refrain from coming to our branches. This will help to control the spread of the virus.
· We encourage you to utilize other avenues of access to HOCU services, such as our mobile and online banking solutions and ATMs. If you have business to conduct with HOCU and are unable to do so via normal means, please contact us at 777-5646 so that we can make some arrangements with you.
· If you are experiencing financial difficulties as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic (such as a job loss or a reduction of hours), please contact us immediately to make arrangements.
