Shared Branching

HOCU is proud to be a member of the CO-OP Network, working with other credit unions to provide shared branching services for our members.

What does this mean for you? Now you can perform the following transactions at convenient locations:

  • Cash withdrawals will be limited to the lesser of the member’s available balance or the Outlet’s available cash (at least $500)
  • Deposits (however, rolled coins are not accepted)
  • Check withdrawals (limited to funds available)
  • Travelers checks
  • Loan payments

(HOCU does not charge a fee for deposits or withdrawals.)

To perform transactions at shared branching locations, you must provide your HOCU account number and acceptable primary identification (must have your photograph, signature and a valid expiration date, and is limited to a state driver’s license, state identification, U.S. Armed Forces identification, passport or alien identification card).
